mouse CGH

Will be trying to do the mouse CGH analysis the same way we did the 42 million analysis. So I will be using BigDB to store the data. Then will attempt to:

* quantile normalize
* median normalize
* GC normalize and
* wave normalize

After discussing with Matt, we decided to use the following GADA settings:

* a = 2
* T = 10
* M = 10

That means the data of interest lies in the directory:

/lustre/work1/sanger/io1/2009-05-07_nimblegen_21m_mouse/data/results/T10/a2/M10/

Furthermore, having wave normalized the data, the files of interest (from the directory of interest) would be:

27*_segMNT/*.wave_norm

I will be attempting to load this to an instance of BigDB.
